This gem of a salon must be one of the Borough's best kept secrets! It was my first visit and I was astounded at how professional and friendly the staff were. Not only that but I was treated with such courtesy, respect and kindness it was a shock to the system. Eva - what a fantastic stylist she is!! - spent time with me discussing my hair and the style that would suit me. It wasn't rushed at all - unlike a lot of other places where they are just processing you as quickly as possible. I left the salon feeling on top of the world and will be returning. Thank you!

Today was the first time that I have been to this salon. I was made to feel welcomed from start to finish and came out feeling thoroughly pampered. The salon itself is tastefully decorated and has a comfortable feel.
All of the staff were very professional and I would like to thank, my stylist, Megan who took time to ensure that she explained all aspects of my cut and colour and that I was happy with all stages. Even when I had my hair washed by Maia, she made sure that I was comfortable and offered the choice of using the massage chair.
I will definitely be a returning customer and will recommend to friends and family.

My first visit to Louise Lambell was met with trepidation by me as I had such a bad experience at the salon I had visited only 4 weeks prior. When i arrived I was met with warmth and friendly faces. I had seen a lot of positive publicity via Social Media regarding Louise Lambell and I was so impressed by everything I had read. Louise took time to discuss exactly what i wanted, ultimately the old me back.... she discussed colours and listened which I think is key in any hair salon.
I was looked after and pampered and when my full head of hi lites and conditioning was revealed I could have cried literally !
I was so very grateful and have even booked to have hair extensions at such a competitive price. I think when I got home was the ultimate reward... my daughters 21 and 15 said Mum you look like you did 10 years ago.
I would like to take this opportunity to say Thankyou, some people may think its silly, however having successfully given up smoking which is great ive put on a few pounds and have hated myself but now i feel like I have my mojo back. Thankyou Louise Lambell cant wait for my next appointment.
